Remix workshop in Pozoblanco

This workshop belongs to the proyect: Mix Nostrum

The sound recording and remix workshop took place in the context of the LAPat project: ANDALUCIA's CULTURAL HERITAGE OPEN LABORATORY. Participants included students from the music school, regional folklore experts, teachers, and other interested individuals. During the morning session, we were reflecting and generating sonic recordings, experimenting with creating metadata on play.antropoloops. In the afternoon, each team used the morning's recordings to compose brief remix pieces using them.

For us, it also served as the first step of our Mix Nostrum project that we developed with the Instituto Cervantes: the recordings made in Pozoblanco were taken to Tunez to serve as sonic material there.
