Kleos Citadel
Creating sound narratives to open up the stronghold of Ciudadela Park as a botanical compass towards the world.
Gardens are spaces of dialogue between society and nature, laboratories of coexistence where the potentialities of humans and non-humans are linked. KLEOS is a discographic garden designed to tune in with other species in space.
Nomad Garden and Talleres Antropoloops have developed in PRESS PLAY! a laboratory to probe the sound memory of the species of the Citadel Park, and thus, establish new dialogues between culture and nature.

Workshop development
During 3 days, neighbors of the region have explored and articulated, from the logic of collage, fragments of memories and music linked to the existing plants in the Citadel of Pamplona. Through Kleos, we have transformed the bastion from a warlike and defensive artifact into a radio device to tune in and connect with other regions of the world, revealing the foreign origin of many of the plants that live inside. We have woven their memories with our own memories, creating a multiple and diverse story.

Musical pieces
Here you can listen to the sound pieces that each working group composed and the collages they created to illustrate them. The pieces were presented in an open collective walk at the end of the workshop.
