Musical floor
The first year of our intervention at CEIP San José Obrero, in the third trimester we wanted the students to experience the remixing of the songs that had emerged with their musical life stories in the second trimester. The idea was to explore possibilities to interact with the loops through movement and the body, and to do it collectively.
We were testing designs and built with makey makey a musical floor to interact with the remixes of the music of the students' life stories. The work sessions and creation of the choreography took place in the gym class, where each group (the same group that had created their HdVM panel) prepared their presentation for the end of the course.

With the music that the students chose for their musical life stories, Rubén prepared a remix set for each class group with loops. During the third trimester we were interacting with the music through the musical floor that we developed and with which each group presented their own choreography with their remixed music...the BSO of the sanjomix
